2010 Tournament
"I would just like to say a big thank you for another well run and organised tournament yet again, it is only my second tournament I have attended myself and have enjoyed every day this week from the managers meeting at Anfield all the way through to our 3rd/4th place play off in the U14 girls yesterday afternoon. "Firstly let me congratulate yourself and all involved in a fantastic well run soccer festival in Liverpool/knowsley this event was our clubs first and will not be our last. Myself and everybody at kirkby woodpecker where so impressed at how well run this tournament was and after years of competing in tournaments all over the country as a club we can honestly say that the Liverpool/knowsley tournament is the best we have participated in. It started right from the beginning: The web site is so informative and registering your team on it was so easy. The venues outstanding facilities/pitches. Volunteers/staff so friendly and helpful. Referees very high standard, we saw young referees coming through which was nice to see and a good balance of more experienced referees to assist the younger refs. Presentation outstanding. Photography first class. This tournament reminded me so much of the Dallas cup competition in America and I feel that this is not only a credit to yourself and all involved past and present but a credit to Liverpool, knowsley and England.
